Prepare the Appliance
Ensure the unit is clean, disconnected, and placed back in its original packaging with all included manuals, hardware, and accessories.
Schedule a Pickup
For large appliances, we will coordinate a convenient time for our logistics team to collect the item from your residence; smaller items can be shipped back using a prepaid label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the appliance's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
