What are your delivery and installation options?

We offer professional white-glove delivery and installation for all major appliances. Our team will bring the unit into your home, connect it to existing utilities, and ensure it is functioning correctly before leaving.

Do you haul away old appliances?

Yes, we offer a haul-away service for your old units for a small environmental disposal fee. This can be added to your cart at checkout or requested during the scheduling of your delivery.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

Please inspect your appliance upon delivery. If you notice any cosmetic or functional damage, you may refuse the delivery. If damage is discovered within 48 hours of installation, contact our support team to arrange a repair or replacement.

Do your appliances come with a warranty?

All new products sold at Ben's Appliances include a full manufacturer's warranty. We also offer extended protection plans through our third-party partners to provide peace of mind for up to five years.

Can I track my delivery status?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link via email. On the day of delivery, our drivers will provide a 2-hour window and call you approximately 30 minutes before arrival.
